We presently offer two modes of shipping: Registered Air Mail (Also termed Normal Shipping) and Speed Post (Express shipping). The orders are shipped using Indian Post Air Mail facility. We operate from India and all the products are shipping via International post from India. The transit time for the parcel depends on the mode of shipping selected, weight of the parcel and destination country.
Delivery:
If you are not available at the time of delivery at the shipping address, then you can collect the parcel from your local post office. The parcels need return acknowledgment, hence they cannot be left in your mailbox or left at doorsteps.
Custom related Information:
We declare the content of the parcel very clearly. This is required by the international shipping regulations. This also helps expedite the clearance of parcel by customs. Still in very rare cases, custom department of your country may delay your parcel. Custom department of your country may hold back the parcel for inspection. At times they may ask for some duty. In such a case, the parcel is forwarded to the local post office. You can pay the duty and collect the parcel or you may reject the parcel and we will return your money back. We will return back every single penny charged to your credit card, inclusive of the shipping charges. We can offer you this guarantee because we declare the goods properly and the chances of you being asked for duty are bleak
How are the orders shipped to me?
We ship from India. The order is shipped next day and takes 2-3 weeks to reach your doorstep. There are multiple shipping modes available at your disposal. Please read further for more info.

Are there countries to which you do not deliver?
We deliver to all the countries except Saudi Arabia. We are exporters and operate from India. We may also remove a country from our list, if we face custom problems in shipping to a particular country.
Do you deliver by couriers?
Yes. We use Speed Post (EMS) by Indian Postal Department.
Can I track my parcel?
Parcels can be tracked using Speed Post only.
Do you guarantee that no duty will be paid worldwide?
No but we support it by our 100% money back guarantee. In case of duty tax, your order will be held at local post office. These charges are very nominal. You can pay and collect the parcel or you can reject the parcel and we will refund your complete amount charged to your credit card. Please check the return policy for further details.
What should I do if I have to pay duty tax to receive the goods?
In very rare cases the customs of your country may ask for duty. It will be not more than couple of bucks. You can pay it and get your parcel or you can reject the parcel.
Will I have to pay mailing expenses if I reject the parcel?
No. If you reject the parcel, it will be returned back to us. On receipt of the parcel, we will return you 100% money back to you.
Do I need to be present at the time of delivery of parcel?
Parcels sent using all modes of shipping will be delivered to the consignee only. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, you may have to collect the parcel from your local post office. Generally post offices give 2-3 tries before giving up on it.
