Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world from our warehouse in India. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.We will not take the risk of customs clearance in the destination countries, so please check the terms of clearance regarding herbal Ayurvedic products in the respective countries. Again, we are shipping from India and make sure the packs from India are accepted in your country.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We’ll refund the amount deducting the actual shipping charges and handling charges. If the return is due to our error(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), full amount paid plus the return shipping costs will be refunded. If the product ordered is seized by the customs department in the destination country, we will not issue the refund. So please check the customs regulations of your country before placing the order. If the customs returns the product and we recieve the products unopen in 45 days, we will issue the refund the amount deducting actual shipping and handling charges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Cancellation Policy

Ayurvedaforall aims to be as accommodating as possible with cancellation requests. However, please note the following:

Cancellation Timeframe:  Customers must initiate a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing their order.

Order Status:  Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel.

Partial Order Cancellations: It is not possible to cancel only part of an order.

Cancellation Fees: If you cancel an order within the allowed timeframe and the order is not shipped, we will refund the full amount. Please note that payment gateway charges levied by our service providers will be deducted from the refund amount.

Business Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Inaccurate stock inventory
Errors in pricing
Fraudulent or suspicious activity

Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and you will not receive a refund for the original shipping charges.
