DESCRIPTION
Gastritis, indigestion, acidity, and bloating are common due to a sedentary lifestyle and stress. Gastritis is a general term for a group of conditions with one thing in common: inflammation of the lining of the stomach. The inflammation or gastritis can be the result of infection with some bacteria that may cause stomach ulcers.
