Antipyretic
Selective inhibition of COX-1 & COX-2 (cyclooxygenase) reduces fever and relieves pain.
Inhibits the prostaglandin synthesis.
Analgesic
Modifies the release of transmitters in pain transmission.

Indications
Fever, pyrexia of unknown origin (PUO)
Fever in inflammatory conditions like mastitis, metritis, osteoarthritis, tenosynovitis, myositis, neuritis, fibrositis, coxitis, gonitis, neuralgia, etc.
Pain associated with prolapse of uterus, operative procedures, soft tissue injuries like sprains.
Dosage
Species Treatment
Cattle & Buffaloes 2 boli twice daily
Calves, Heifers & Foals 1 bolus twice daily
Sheep, Goats & Pigs
1/2 to 1 bolus twice daily
In severe conditions, dosage may be increased, or as directed by the veterinarian.
