Amruthotharam Kashayam acts on the digestive system and improves metabolism and digestion. It also improves the absorption and bioavailability of nutrients and other medicines due to the presence of Zingiber officinale. Mild laxative action is attributed to Terminalia Chebula. Tinospora Cordifolia provides immunomodulatory action in the body.
