Action of major ingredients:

Sarala: Used as a rubefacient in various rheumatic conditions such as lumbago, arthritis and neuralgia. Used for treating minor aches and pains.
Tvak: Helps in increasing blood circulation around the joints, has potent analgesic action and is used in various conditions like gout, rheumatism, fractures, sprains, muscle pulls and cramps.
Pudina: It contains menthol.Dialates the blood vessels, produces a cooling sensation followed by an analgesic effect and ensures deeper penetration, to give faster onset of action.
Other ingredients: Devadaru, Nirgundi and sunthi.
Indications: Pain and inflammation due to musculoskeletal disorders such as sprains, strains, tendonitis, capsulitis and bursitis. Low back pain, neck and shoulder pains hip and knee joint pains and muscular pain. Muscle stiffness and sport injuries. Arthralgia related to osteoarthritis, cervical and lumbar spondylosis, sciatica and lumbago.
Contraindications: Burns and wounds.
